Job summary

Green Zone Recycling is seeking a dependable Route Driver / Recycling Collection Specialist to join our growing team. You will operate a collection vehicle, service textile collection sites, and help support our mission of diverting reusable textiles from landfills.

The position offers a full-time schedule, home daily, and a competitive daily pay range of $180-$215 after training, with a sign-on bonus and additional incentives.

Qualifications

• DOT Medical Card (FedMed) required.
• Minimum of one year professional driving experience.
• Clean driving record.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company vehicle along an assigned collection route.
• Service textile collection bins and donation locations.
• Load, unload, and transport collected materials.
• Stage and organize materials at designated locations.
• Complete route logs and documentation.
• Communicate route updates, maintenance concerns, and site issues to management.
• Follow DOT regulations and safety procedures.
• Provide professional and courteous service at collection locations.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Essential Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company vehicle along an assigned collection route
