Job summary

Canteen North America is hiring a full-time Route Driver - Micromarket in Modesto, CA. You will drive a company vehicle on an established route, stock micro markets, and maintain equipment while building strong client relationships.

The role offers advancement opportunities, comprehensive training, and a strong customer service focus. A valid driver’s license and driving experience are preferred; occasional lifting up to 50 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• 3 years driving experience required.
• Preferred 1-2 years’ customer service experience, or a minimum of 1 year of related experience.
• Valid Non-CDL Class C driver’s license (state dependent).
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a consistent basis.
• Ability to operate or learn material handling equipment (box truck, handcarts, etc.).
• Able to work independently, responsible for route, work unsupervised most of the day.

Responsibilities

• Maintain proper inventory levels and product distribution for micro market.
• Provide client and customer satisfaction in every aspect of job performance.
• Display understanding of company policies and ability to administer as needed.
• Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of micro market and related equipment.
• Conduct minor service and adjustments on markets and report defects to maintenance.
