Qualifications

• 3 years driving experience required.
• Preferred 1-2 years in a customer service role or 1 year of related experience.
• Valid Non-CDL Class C driver’s license (state dependent).
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs regularly.
• Ability to operate or learn material handling equipment (box truck, handcarts, etc.).
• Able to work independently and supervise route with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Maintain proper inventory levels and product distribution for micro market.
• Provide client and customer satisfaction in all aspects of performance.
• Display understanding of company policies and administer as needed.
• Performs routine cleaning and sanitation of micro market and related equipment.
• Conducts minor service and adjustments on markets and reports defects.
• Ensure truck is loaded with products before the day’s route following procedures.
• Inform clients of new products, listen to and resolve service complaints.
• Set up merchandise and sales promotion materials for customers.
• Account for all receipts, invoices, delivery tickets and product.
• Conduct inventory reconciliation per district procedures.
• Keep vehicle clean and perform pre/post trip inspections.
• Perform all duties safely and professionally.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
