Compass Group USA's Canteen brand in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a full-time Route Driver - SmartService to deliver products on a set route and maintain inventory at client vending machines. You will provide top-notch service to clients and customers while ensuring accurate data entry on handheld devices.

Some Saturdays may be required. Requirements include 3 years of driving experience, a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 years driving experience required.
• Valid driver's license, ensuring safe operation of company vehicles in accordance with traffic laws and conditions.
• Preferred 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service position, or a minimum of 1 year of related experience.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a consistent basis.

Responsibilities

• Drives company vehicle over established route to deliver products and maintain inventory.
• Provides client and customer satisfaction in every aspect of job performance.
• Loads, unloads, and rotates products to ensure freshness at client vending locations.
• Performs pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and keeps the vehicle clean and organized.
• Maintains accurate machine product and inventory data via a handheld computer.
• Assists with merchandising displays and responds to service requests as needed.
