Compass Group USA, on behalf of Canteen, is hiring a Route Driver - Utility in Arden, NC. You will drive a company truck along a fixed route to deliver and sell products, collect payments, and perform routine machine maintenance.

The role runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, with a starting pay range of $20.00 to $21.00 per hour. No prior driving experience is required, but a valid driver’s license is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Previous experience in driving roles not required.
• Ability to operate and navigate company vehicles safely.

Responsibilities

• Drives company route to deliver and sell products.
• Collects money from machines and makes change as needed.
• Loads truck, stocks shelves, and maintains clean equipment.
• Contacts existing customers to ensure service quality and adds new products.
• Maintains safe work environment and performs routine vehicle maintenance.
