Job summary

The Kendall Group, Inc. is seeking a Route Driver to deliver goods to customer locations while providing exceptional service. You will drive a delivery van or box truck, load and unload cargo, and work closely with warehouse staff to ensure timely deliveries.

You will review routes for efficiency and safety, maintain the vehicle, and perform warehouse tasks when not on the road. A valid driver’s license, clean record, and ability to obtain a DOT medical card are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with the ability to pass a DOT medical exam.
• Must obtain Driver’s License with appropriate state licensing and clean driving record.
• Must pass a DOT Medical Exam and obtain a 1-Year Card funded by The Kendall Group.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and drive a Delivery van and straight truck between customer locations.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.
• Load and unload trucks following established procedures.
• Review and optimize delivery routes using data and feedback.
• Prepare daily shipping manifest and maintain vehicle condition.
• Perform warehouse duties and operate forklift and other equipment.
• Adhere to safety procedures and attend trainings as assigned.
• Assist with additional tasks in warehouse as needed.
• Attend meetings and communicate effectively with supervisors.
