The Kendall Group is seeking a Route Driver to join our distribution team in Michigan. You will drive a delivery van between customer locations, providing reliable service and building customer relationships.

As an entry-level role, you will assist in warehouse duties when not delivering, maintain vehicle integrity, and follow safety procedures. The position requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a willingness to pass a DOT exam.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Must pass DOT medical exam and obtain a 1-year card.
• Basic math, scanning, and warehouse equipment operation.
• Excellent communication; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
