CHEP is seeking a motivated LVR Representative to join our field-based team. You will perform LTL deliveries and pallet collections, optimize routes, and collaborate with internal teams to implement growth strategies while ensuring DOT and CHEP safety standards.

Daily responsibilities include documenting times, mileages, and volumes, promoting the LVR program with customers, and training peers in new processes. This role offers a remote work setup with national scope.

Qualifications

• Clean driving record and ability to obtain a DOT medical card with no restrictions.
• Physically capable of lifting 65 lbs regularly.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Experience with route optimization and customer relationship management.
• Ability to lead peers indirectly.
• Ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Operate a CHEP-owned box truck and adhere to all DOT and CHEP safety guidelines.
• Perform daily LTL deliveries and collections of pallets at 100+ customer locations.
• Collaborate with customers to drive program compliance and increase collection volumes.
• Document delivery and collection data and communicate to LVR support personnel.
• Visit potential collection locations to promote the CHEP LVR Program and gather information to expand the customer base.
• Work with internal teams to develop and execute project plans focused on key operational improvements.
