CHEP is seeking a Full-time Route Driver / LVR Representative in Houston, TX. You will operate a CHEP box truck, deliver and collect pallets, and document data for internal systems.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 65 lbs regularly.
• Must maintain a clean driving record.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills required.
• Experience with routing optimization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate a CHEP-owned box truck in compliance with DOT regulations and CHEP safety standards.
• Deliver and collect pallets/assets at designated locations, documenting data accurately.
• Collaborate with team to improve processes and drive efficiencies in LVR operations.
• Visit potential collection locations to expand the CHEP LVR program and train staff.
• Provide on-the-job training and support to new LVR Representatives.
