CHEP USA seeks a motivated CDL Class A Transport Driver to join our Dallas, TX team. You will perform full truckload deliveries and collections, optimize routes, and build strong relationships with local customers and distributors while ensuring safety and CHEP program compliance.

You will operate Class 8 equipment, manage pallets/assets, and cooperate with Logistics Coordinators to achieve timely asset retrieval and program growth.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 2 years of tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT medical card.
• Ability to hook and unhook trailers.
• Willing to lift 65 lbs. as needed.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate a CHEP tractor/trailer in compliance with all DOT regulations and CHEP safety requirements.
• Deliver and collect pallets and assets at CHEP locations efficiently.
• Maintain mechanical and physical operation of equipment; perform inspections and report damages.
• Coordinate with local customers to drive program compliance and increase collection volumes.
• Document delivery/collection data and report to CHEP LVR support.
• Visit potential locations to expand the CHEP LVR program and add customers.
