Job summary

The Kendall Group in Michigan is seeking an entry-level Delivery Driver to operate a delivery van and assist in warehouse duties. You will deliver to customer locations, load and unload cargo, and complete daily shipping paperwork.

Reporting to the Distribution Center Manager, you will follow safety procedures, navigate routes, and help with inventory checks. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with a valid driver's license and ability to pass a DOT medical exam.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Driver’s License with Chauffeur’s endorsement and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass DOT Medical Exam and obtain 1-Year Card.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for 8 hours.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact professionally with customers during deliveries.
• Drive and deliver to customer locations using delivery van or straight truck.
• Load and unload cargo following safety procedures.
• Complete daily shipping paperwork and inventory checks.
• Operate warehouse equipment and assist with housekeeping.
