Job summary

The Kendall Group in Cadillac, MI is seeking a Route Driver to join our delivery team. You will operate a delivery van/box truck, load and unload cargo, and ensure accurate, on-time deliveries while maintaining a professional, customer-focused demeanor.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, a valid driver's license with a clean record, ability to pass a DOT medical exam, and the stamina to lift up to 50 lbs. Training will be provided; teamwork and safety come first.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.
• DOT Medical Exam and 1-Year Card must be obtained upon hire.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic math and reasoning skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries promptly.
• Drive delivery routes to customer locations.
• Load and unload cargo per procedures.
• Review and optimize routes for efficiency and timely delivery.
• Maintain daily shipping manifests and schedules.
• Operate warehouse equipment as needed.
