Job summary

The Kendall Group, Inc. is seeking a Route Driver to deliver and haul cargo between customer locations, providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor.

You will be the face of our company on the road and in the warehouse, contributing to timely and accurate deliveries. Key duties include route optimization, loading/unloading, and operating warehouse equipment while adhering to safety and DOT requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Must pass a DOT medical exam and obtain a 1-year card
• Ability to read maps and interpret delivery schedules
• Basic math and reasoning skills required

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at delivery points
• Drive product to customer locations
• Load and unload cargo safely
• Review/optimize delivery routes for efficiency
• Maintain daily shipping manifest
• Operate warehouse equipment as needed
• Keep delivery vehicle clean and well-maintained
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE as required
• Attend meetings and training sessions
• Assist with warehouse duties when not delivering
