Job summary

First Choice Coffee Services in Hayward, CA seeks a Route Driver to join our growing team, delivering premium coffee products to customer locations on an assigned route.

You will safely drive company vans daily, load orders, and build strong relationships with client contacts while ensuring accurate deliveries and friendly service. We offer competitive pay, a monthly bonus, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license for at least 2 years.
• Past driving experience preferred.
• Ability to repeatedly lift and carry coffee and bottled water products up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb in and out of delivery vehicle multiple times per day.

Responsibilities

• Load orders at the warehouse for delivery to customers.
• Drive company vans/trucks 30–100 miles daily to deliver products.
• Accurately deliver orders to customer sites and place products in designated areas.
• Build rapport and maintain relationships with customer contacts and decision-makers.
• Respond to customer inquiries about products and services.
• Reconcile products remaining on vehicle at end of day.
• Maintain a professional and courteous manner with customers.
