Job summary

First Choice Coffee Services is seeking a Route Driver to serve as the face of the company on every delivery. Load orders at the warehouse and deliver to customer sites using company vans, ensuring timely placement of products in designated areas.

The role requires a valid driver's license, some driving experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Expected hourly rate ranges from $22 to $24 with a monthly bonus and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license for at least 2 years.
• Past driving experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and load products.
• Ability to climb in and out of delivery vehicle multiple times per day.

Responsibilities

• Load orders at the warehouse for delivery to customers.
• Drive company-owned vans and trucks 30 to 100 miles daily to transport products and equipment to customers.
• Deliver orders to customer sites and place products and equipment in designated areas.
• Build rapport and maintain relationships with contacts and decision-makers at customer sites.
• Respond to inquiries from customers about available products and services.
• Reconcile products remaining on delivery vehicle at end of workday against products loaded onto vehicle for delivery at beginning of workday to identify any losses.
• Maintain a professional and courteous manner in all interactions with customers and members of the public.

What You’ll Be Doing – The Role

As a Route Driver, your role acts as the face of the company each time you make a delivery.

• Load orders at warehouse for delivery to customers.
• Drive company-owned vans and trucks 30 to 100 miles daily to transport products and equipment to customers.
