Job summary

First Choice Coffee Services in Hayward, CA is seeking a Route Driver to be the face of our delivery team. You will safely deliver pre-ordered products and equipment along an assigned route, and you’ll promote additional products and services when possible.

Load orders at the warehouse, drive company vans 30–100 miles daily, accurately place items, build rapport with customer contacts, handle inquiries, and verify inventory at day’s end.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience delivering and handling products preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to navigate routes and communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-ordered products and equipment along an assigned route.
• Drive company vans/trucks 30–100 miles daily to customer sites.
• Accurately deliver orders and place products in designated areas.
• Build rapport with contacts and decision-makers at customer sites.
• Reconcile remaining products on the vehicle at end of day and address discrepancies.
