Canteen is hiring a Route Driver - Office Coffee for a full-time early-morning route in Fremont, CA. You will drive a company vehicle, restock vending machines, and deliver products while building strong client relationships.

The role emphasizes independence, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Training is provided, with a growth bonus up to $500 and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• 3 years driving experience required.
• Valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license (unless state otherwise).
• Preferred 1–2 years in customer service, or at least 1 year of related experience.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs regularly.
• Ability to operate or learn material handling equipment (box truck, handcarts, etc.).
• Work independently and manage route with minimal supervision 98% of the day.

Responsibilities

• Maintain proper inventory levels and distribution for vending machines.
• Provide client and customer satisfaction in all aspects of job performance.
• Demonstrate understanding of company policies and apply as needed.
• Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of vending machines.
• Conduct minor service and adjustments on machines and report defects.
• Ensure truck is loaded with products before each day’s route.
