Job summary

First Choice Coffee Services in the United States is seeking a Route Driver to join our team. You will deliver pre-ordered products and equipment along an assigned route, while providing friendly service and building relationships with customer contacts.

You will drive company vans 30 to 100 miles daily, load orders, deliver to sites, handle inquiries, and help ensure accurate deliveries. The role offers a starting hourly rate of $20–$23, a monthly bonus, and benefits including 401(k) matching

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license for at least 2 years.
• Past driving/delivery experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and climb in/out of delivery vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-ordered products and equipment along an assigned route.
• Drive company vans/trucks 30–100 miles daily to customers.
• Accurately deliver orders to customer sites and place products in designated areas.
• Build rapport with contacts and decision-makers at customer sites.
• Respond to customer inquiries about products and services.
• Reconcile remaining inventory on the vehicle against loaded products at day end.
• Maintain professional and courteous interactions with customers.
