Crystal Clean is hiring Sales & Service Representatives for a local Texas route that keeps you home every night. You will own your route, grow relationships, and drive sales while maintaining parts-washing equipment and conducting scheduled waste drum pickups.

The role blends sales, hands-on service, and daily variety. A six-month training period with guaranteed pay of $1,100/week, up to a $2,000 sign-on bonus, and substantial earning potential ($70,000–$85,000+ after year one) are offered.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with strong communication skills
• Comfortable operating equipment and electronic devices
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Class B CDL, Med Card, Airbrake, and HAZMAT preferred
• Able to lift 80 lbs and maneuver drums over 400 lbs (with proper tools)
