Job summary

Crystal Clean is hiring Sales & Service Representatives for a local Florida route, with you home every night. This role blends sales, hands-on service, and daily variety, offering a sign-on bonus up to $2,000 and six months of guaranteed pay at $1,100/week.

You will own your route, manage and grow your territory, deliver essential services, and drive earnings through performance in a safety-focused, client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Class B CDL, Med Card, Airbrake and HAZMAT preferred.
• Able to lift 80 lbs and maneuver drums over 400 lbs with proper tools.

Responsibilities

• Own Your Route: manage and grow territory by building relationships with customers.
• Deliver Essential Services: maintain parts-washing equipment and scheduled waste drum pickups.
• Drive Sales: spot opportunities, recommend services, boost earnings through performance.
