Job summary

1-800-GOT-JUNK? is expanding its team in New Jersey. We are seeking Truck Team Members who stay active, enjoy working with people, and take pride in delivering a job done right.

This role involves driving a company truck on set routes, presenting service estimates, and helping customers understand our process. Openings cover both full-time and part-time schedules with 8-12 hour shifts. Benefits include paid training, uniforms, and performance-based awards.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with a valid driver's license and clean driving record for the past 3 years.
• Willing to work at least one weekend day.
• No prior sales required; helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Walk customers through the service and estimates.
• Drive a company truck to homes and businesses on set routes.
• Remove items such as furniture, appliances, and other unwanted items.
• Lift and carry 50-75+ lbs safely during jobs.
• Divert items for donation, recycling, or disposal.
• Communicate with operations to keep everything running smoothly.

What You Can Expect:

• $22-26/hr average all-in (base pay + tips + bonuses)
