Job summary

1-800-GOT-JUNK? is seeking a customer-facing team member who will be the face of the company at customers' homes or businesses. You’ll build rapport, assess needs, explain options, and turn junk removal into a great customer experience.

On-site estimates, safe loading up to 75 lbs, and a fast-paced, active day are encouraged. You’ll stay energized, travel to client sites, and grow with opportunities in leadership as you deliver outstanding service.

Your Role

You’ll be the face of the company when you arrive at a customer's home or business. You'll build rapport, understand what they need, explain their options, and help turn their junk removal needs into a great customer experience.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who iscomfortable talking to people, confident asking questions, and genuinely enjoys helping customers.

You’ll do well in this role if you are:

Requirements:21+ years old, valid driver's license, and a clean 3-year driving record for insurance purposes. You must also be able to safely lift up to 75 lbs.

The Pay & Perks

Earn$15–$20 per hour, plus opportunities fortips and performance-based bonuses. You'll receiveweekly pay and paid training, with full-time opportunities and a4-day work week. Eligible employees can also receivehealth, vision, and dental benefits and a 401(k) after one year. As you build your skills and prove yourself, there are opportunities to move into leadership and other roles within the company.
