1-800-GOT-JUNK? is seeking 2-3 Full-Time Route Leaders in the Fayetteville area! This role requires weekend availability and offers a positive work environment.

Team members will drive trucks, provide excellent customer service, and handle the physical labor of removing junk. The position offers competitive pay and benefits, including paid training and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Drive 1-800-GOT-JUNK? trucks and provide customer service.
• Remove unwanted items from customers’ premises and load items.
• Recycle, donate, and dispose of items appropriately.
• Communicate with the operations team throughout the day.

We are actively hiring 2-3 Full-Time Route Leaders to join our team in the Fayetteville area! Weekend availability is required.

1-800-GOT-JUNK? is the world's largest junk removal service and we are now actively hiring full-time and part-time Truck Team Members. We are looking for someone that is comfortable with driving, manual labor, and chatting with our customers! We provide in-depth and on-the-job training.

We offer a positive work environment and are excited to grow each team member's skills. We offer what very few companies can, attainable room for growth!

What we offer:

Full-time (4 full days per week - Weekend availability required)

Current employees are making $17-$22/hr on average PLUS AWESOME CASH TIPS!

A typical day includes:

• Driving our Isuzu NPR 17-20 ft 1-800-GOT-JUNK? trucks
• Provide top-notch customer service experience at each and every stop
• Removing unwanted items from the customer's premises by physically loading items into the back of our truck (Dolly and other tools provided where needed)
• Recycle, donate, and dispose of items picked up at the appropriate facilities
• Maintain communication throughout the day with our dedicated and fun operations team
• Feel amazing about helping your community

What you bring to the company:

• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Have a clean driving history clean 3-yr (No points)
• Must pass a criminal background check
• You have a great attitude, are reliable, and are goal-driven
• You are physically able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the scheduled shift
