1-800-GOT-JUNK? is hiring Truck Team Members to work in Philadelphia. You will drive our trucks, lift items from customer properties, and deliver exceptional service while engaging in sales and negotiation for junk removal. Training is provided and performance bonuses may apply.

We offer a flexible 4-day schedule with 8–12 hour shifts and weeks that include alternating weekend work. Take‑home treasures and tips reflect performance, and company benefits support your well‑being and growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old for commercial insurance eligibility.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (MVR checked for past 3 years).
• Great attitude and goal-driven mindset.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Reliable and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Drive 17–20 ft Isuzu trucks and provide top-notch service.
• Lift and load items from customer properties into the truck.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain a positive demeanor.
• Assist with sales and negotiate junk removal quotes with training provided.
• Support recycling and donation efforts to keep items out of landfills.
• Manage time effectively to stay on schedule and meet daily goals.

A Day in the Life

• Drive: You’ll cruise in our sleek 17-20 ft Isuzu trucks, providing top-notch service to our customers.
• Lift & Load: Remove unwanted items (big and small) from customer properties and load them into the truck.
• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer experiences, leaving every customer with a smile.
• Sales & Negotiation: Assess and quote for junk removal (we provide training and easy-to-understand pricing sheets).
• Recycle & Donate: Help keep items out of landfills by recycling and donating items wherever possible.
• Time Management: Manage your day like you're running your own business—smart, efficient, and on-point!
