1-800-GOT-JUNK? in Baltimore is hiring for a driver/crew member as part of our junk removal team. This role features a 4 day work week with 3 days off, competitive pay of $20-28 per hour plus tips, paid training, and opportunities for growth within the company.

You'll operate clean blue trucks, provide friendly customer service, lift items up to 50 lbs, and join a team known for a positive culture and leadership. Immediate start dates available.

• A typical day includes:
• You'll head out in our shiny blue trucks to visit customers' homes and properties and take away their unwanted items while leaving smiles on their faces
• You'll dispose of items responsibly through our recycling, donating and waste management facilities
• Maintain communication throughout the day with our dedicated and fun operations team
• Feel amazing about helping your community

Pay

• $20-28/hr AVG, PLUS AWESOME CASH TIPS!
• On top of hourly pay we have fun performance bonuses, and keep some cool finds!

What you bring to the company:

• Possess a valid driver's license
• Have a clean driving history, clean 3-yr
• A positive, friendly attitude & good written and verbal communication skills
• Physically able to lift 50lbs+ repeatedly
A smartphone capable of downloading and using multiple apps.
• Previous customer service, sales, physical labor and/or driving experience a plus!
