Job summary

1-800-GOT-JUNK? is hiring for our La Vergen franchise in Tennessee. You will drive our blue trucks to pick up unwanted items from customers’ homes, dispose responsibly, and stay in touch with the operations team. The role combines physical work with customer service and community impact.

We offer flexible shifts (4-day full-time weeks or 2–3 days part-time), pay between $25–$28 per hour, training, benefits, and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years of age
• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Have a clean driving history
• Great attitude, reliability, and goal-driven mindset
• Comfortable lifting/carrying up to 50 pounds repeatedly
• Physically able to lift heavy items from client’s property into trucks during long shifts

Responsibilities

• Head out in our shiny blue trucks to visit customers’ homes and properties and take away unwanted items while leaving smiles on their faces
• Dispose of items responsibly through recycling, donating and waste management facilities
• Maintain communication throughout the day with our operations team
• Help the community by keeping spaces clean and organized

What you bring to the company:

• To qualify for commercial insurance underwriting, drivers must be 21+ years of age

• Physically able to lift heavy items from our client’s property into our trucks over a 10-12 hour shift
