nexAir, LLC is hiring a full-time Delivery Driver in Tulsa, OK to load, transport, and unload cylinders and hard goods while following DOT regulations. You will perform inspections, complete required documentation, and track deliveries with a handheld device.

The role requires a CDL with Hazmat endorsement, at least one year of driving experience, a clean MVR, and the ability to lift heavy loads and meet DOT physical standards. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • At least 1 year driving experience.
  • CDL A or B with Hazmat Endorsement.
  • Clean MVR driving record.
  • Lift 65 lbs and meet DOT physical standards.
  • Ability to read and comprehend MSDS.
  • Must be able to stand/walk on concrete and handle heavy cylinders.
  • Overtime flexibility as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Safely load, deliver and unload cylinders containing compressed gases and hard goods orders; return empty cylinders to branch or plant for refilling.
  • Perform all required pre- and post-trip inspections per DOT regulations.
  • Complete all FDA/DOT required documentation.
  • Track delivery and pick-up of cylinders at customer sites using handheld device and complete all required steps.
  • Keep truck clean and in DOT-compliant condition.
  • Communicate with supervisor on truck maintenance, customer issues, and delivery efficiencies.
  • Establish and maintain good customer relations by communicating in person with customers.
  • Identify and monitor customers’ needs and work with them to maintain proper hardware and cylinder levels.
  • Operate a forklift, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment.
  • Ensure all safety rules are strictly observed.

  • Ability to read and comprehend Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).
  • While performing the essential duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk on concrete for an extended period of time; bend; use hands and arms; and handle cylinders regularly weighing 150 pounds up to a maximum of 600 pounds.
  • Flexibility to work overtime as required.
