Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sequence and dispatch routes to keep drivers on schedule.
• Inform drivers of real-time route changes.
• Check drivers in and out to support starting and completing routes.
• Answer phones and greet incoming employees.
• Answer customer calls and provide first level service.
• Provide administrative support for special projects and tasks.
