Responsibilities

• Schedule service and manage changes per policies.
• Dispatch calls to routes based on routes and driver location.
• Perform driver check-ins and ensure paperwork is complete.
• Review and distribute route sheets for end-of-day data entry.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve service issues.
• May take on additional tasks as assigned by Operations Manager.
• Interact with customers, service staff, sales and operations teams.
• Work with routing specialists to optimize routes.
• Handle incoming calls and emails from customers.
• Troubleshoot delivery/pickup problems to prevent issues.
