Fox Pest Control is seeking a Route Dispatch Team Lead in Logan, UT to lead a hands-on dispatch team and partner with the Branch Operations Manager. This in-office role focuses on coaching, scheduling, and ensuring efficient routes while maintaining high service standards.

The position requires a background in dispatching or routing, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to quickly learn Pest Routes. Availability for one Saturday per month is noted, with full-time hours 9am–6pm.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and coach a team of Route Dispatchers.
• Ensure routes are built for maximum efficiency and productivity.
• Step in to assist with dispatching when needed or when coverage is short.
• Support real-time scheduling, routing adjustments, and technician communication.
• Help troubleshoot challenges and guide the team through fast-paced situations.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy in scheduling, customer communication, and account management.
• Assist in developing processes and improving team performance.
