• This is a full‑time or seasonal (40 hours/week) in‑office position with a 6‑month commitment.

Responsibilities

• Build and adjust technician routes for maximum efficiency.
• Schedule appointments and make sure they land in the right place at the right time.
• Communicate with technicians throughout the day on updates and changes.
• Prep appointments and send customer reminders.
• Audit accounts for accuracy and update as needed.
• Open up route availability to bring on new customers.
