Job summary

Ecowaste Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Dispatcher to coordinate route sequencing, communicate changes to drivers, and serve as the first point of contact for customers and staff. You will help keep our daily operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has relevant dispatch experience, knowledge of DOT rules, and strong organizational and communication skills. This role offers weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Dispatch experience preferred; motivated candidates without direct experience are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of DOT rules and regulations required.

Responsibilities

• Sequences and dispatches routes to keep drivers on schedule.
• Communicates route changes to drivers in real time.
• Checks drivers in and out to support a positive start and route completion.
• Answers phones and greets incoming employees.
• Answers customer calls and provides first level service.
• Provides administrative support for special projects and other tasks as assigned.
• Works with the team to ensure accurate information and superior customer service.
• Communicates clearly with team members in person and by phone.
• This position works Monday through Friday, with start times between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM; additional hours may be needed based on business needs.
