Job summary

Watkins Distributing in Idaho is seeking Non-CDL Delivery Drivers to operate an assigned route, delivering and merchandising our beverage products to retail locations. You will load and unload using pallet jack or hand truck, and you’ll work with store personnel to ensure accurate deliveries.

Candidates should have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and be able to handle 20–30 lb cases (up to 160 lbs to waist level).

Qualifications

• Delivery driver experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with no major driving violations.
• Ability to operate a hand truck and pallet jack.
• Ability to use handheld computers for order processing.

Responsibilities

• Drive an assigned route delivering product safely and on time.
• Unload product from truck using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Check product in with store personnel.
• Ensure deliveries are accurate by verifying orders and obtaining signatures.
• Fill cooler space, shelf space, and displays at delivery.
• Rotate all product according to company standards.
• Collect invoices and complete route paperwork daily.
• Communicate with sales representatives and store personnel.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
