Job summary

Watkins Distributing is seeking a local delivery driver to cover an Idaho route, ensuring safe, accurate product handling and timely customer service. You will perform pre-trip inspections and unload at each account while coordinating with sales staff.

Qualified candidates have a valid driver's license with a clean record and can obtain a Class A CDL with a medical card. The job requires lifting beverage cases and operating route devices daily.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to obtain Class A CDL and medical card.
• Lift beverage cases 20–30 lbs and up to 160 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform a pre-trip vehicle inspection.
• Deliver to accounts safely and accurately on route.
• Unload product using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Confirm deliveries and obtain signatures.
• Verify order accuracy and stock merchandising.
• Rotate stock per freshness guidelines.
• Manage return credits for damaged or mis-ordered items.
• Collect invoices and complete daily route paperwork.
• Maintain communication with sales and account contacts.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
