Job summary

Watkins Distributing is seeking a reliable Non-CDL Delivery Driver to operate on assigned routes across Idaho and adjacent markets. You will deliver and merchandise products, check orders, obtain signatures, and maintain display presence at each account.

Ideal candidates have delivery experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to safely handle equipment like pallet jacks and hand trucks. Consistent routes and safety standards are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Delivery driver experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and no major driving violations.
• Must be able to navigate a hand truck full of product.
• Ability to utilize standard hand-held computer input/output devices.

Responsibilities

• Drive an assigned route, delivering product in a safe, timely, and professional manner, adhering to all traffic regulations.
• Unload product from truck using a pallet jack and/or hand truck.
• Check product in with store personnel.
• Ensure deliveries are accurate by verifying orders and obtaining signatures.
• Fill all cooler space, shelf space, and displays at the time of delivery.
• Rotate all product according to company standards.
• Pick up empty keg shells, damaged items, or mis-ordered product for credit.
• Collect invoices and complete detailed route paperwork daily.
• Communicate effectively with sales representatives and store personnel.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
