Job summary

BradyPLUS is hiring a Delivery Driver Non-CDL to join our delivery team in Washington. You will transport products on assigned routes, ensure accurate orders, and support warehouse tasks. The role emphasizes safety, timely deliveries, and excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of route driving experience, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license. Pay ranges from $22 to $32 per hour, plus comprehensive benefits. BradyPLUS supports overtime when needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of route driving experience with straight/box trucks.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to perform basic math and data entry tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate a straight truck or box truck to deliver to customer locations on assigned routes.
• Learn routes, ensure correct orders, and maintain delivery documentation (BOLs, packing slips).
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report issues.
• Follow OSHA, DOT, and company policies; handle HazMat as required.
• Assist with loading/unloading and warehouse duties as needed.
