Job summary

BradyPLUS is seeking a Delivery Driver Non-CDL to join our growing team. You will transport products to customers, prepare orders for delivery, and support warehouse tasks such as loading and inventory management.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of route driving experience, a valid license, and the ability to obtain a DOT medical certification. Forklift certification is preferred or obtainable after hire.

Qualifications

• 1 year of route driving experience (straight truck/box truck).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Age 21 or older.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving history.
• Ability to obtain DOT medical certification and pass road test.

Responsibilities

• Operate a straight truck or box truck to deliver products to customers.
• Learn and optimize routes; ensure correct order fulfillment and proper documentation.
• Conduct DVIRs; report issues; maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Follow OSHA/DOT and company policies; complete safety training; handle HazMat as required.
• Communicate with dispatch, customers, and management; provide excellent customer service.
