Job summary

Colonial Group seeks a dedicated Driver to manage a direct store delivery route for Challenge and Danish Creamery brands. You will sell, deliver, and merchandise products, while maintaining vehicle and inventory records with accuracy and care.

Ideal candidates have a valid CDL, clean MVR, and experience in sales or customer service. You’ll operate handheld devices, follow safety procedures, and ensure timely deliveries across assigned routes, maintaining professional customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL and clean MVR required.
• Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Knowledge of local routes and geography preferred.
• DOT drug screening will be required before hire and during employment.
• Ability to plan routes considering traffic patterns with GPS assistance.
• Comfort with using handheld devices and inventory-tracking equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate a direct store delivery route for Challenge and Danish Creamery brands.
• Safely drive and perform pre-trip inspections.
