Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience.
• Experience operating box trucks or similar commercial vehicles (GVW 14,500–26,000 lb).
• Must meet DOT requirements and have medical certification.
• Able to lift up to 40 lb with team lift for heavier items.
• Committed to safety, customer service, and operations.
• Able to work flexible schedules, including overtime.
• Valid in-state Driver's License (DL Number).

Responsabilités

• Safely operate a company delivery vehicle to complete scheduled customer deliveries.
• Load, secure, transport, and unload merchandise per safety procedures and DOT requirements.
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve routine questions; escalate when needed.
• Use handheld tech to manage routes, capture signatures, and document delivery.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report issues.
• Verify order accuracy and ensure items are delivered in good condition.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.
• Support warehouse operations including pulling, stocking, staging, and inventory tasks.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer service to ensure a seamless experience.
• Communicate proactively about delays, route changes, or customer concerns.
