UniFirst in Breinigsville, PA is seeking a Route Coverage Specialist who steps in to cover delivery routes when RSRs are unavailable. You will learn multiple routes, deliver garments and products, and ensure customers receive seamless service on time.

Qualifications

• Driver’s license and safe driving record required.
• DOT compliance including a physical exam.
• Ability to work independently while providing excellent customer service.
• Experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery is a plus.
• Tech-savvy and able to learn new technologies.
• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Cover delivery routes when Route Service Representatives are unavailable and learn multiple routes.
• Deliver garments and products to customers, load and unload as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service to maintain strong relationships and satisfaction.
• Resolve customer requests independently and problem-solve to ensure loyalty.
• Accurately manage invoices, conduct inventory checks, and maintain vehicle safety and appearance.
• Follow all safety standards and traffic laws to protect self and customers.
• Assist with route support, installations for new accounts, rerouting, and collections.
• Share customer feedback with leadership and monitor local market activity.
