Job summary

Waste Management is seeking a Shred-it Route Driver to provide industry-leading service for client document destruction needs. Responsibilities include transporting supplies, loading/unloading, and ensuring cargo safety per policy and law.

You will perform pre/post-trip checks, report maintenance issues, and maintain security of documents. Qualified applicants have 3 years of route-driving experience and a valid license; a High School Diploma or GED is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience driving box trucks and managing routes.
• Valid driver's license required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite/offsite document destruction duties and load/unload cargo safely.
• Complete pre/post-trip checks and report maintenance issues.
• Operate equipment safely and comply with laws and hours of service.
• Maintain security of documents and ensure barcode/locations accuracy.
• Manage routes to service clients promptly and accurately.
• Handle customer inquiries and perform other duties as assigned.
