WM is seeking a Medical Waste Route Driver to service assigned accounts, ensuring waste pickup and supplies delivery meet customer needs with professional service. Vehicles are equipped with cameras, ELD, and GPS.

The role may involve transporting waste between WM locations and customer sites to transfer or processing locations. Requirements include 0-1 years driving experience, a valid driver’s license, and compliance with immunization/credentialing requirements.

Formación

• 0-1 years of experience, preferably in driving Box Trucks and route management.
• Valid Driver’s License; CMV drivers must obtain a medical card.
• Immunizations and credentialing may be required based on customer requirements.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manages routes to ensure waste is picked up in a safe, timely and accurate manner.
• Transport waste according to all federal, provincial, and local rules and regulations.
• Plans daily schedule based on customers’ needs using manifests, route sheets, and dispatcher input.
• Follows routing software route schedule and prepares/unloads trucks as needed.
• Provides the highest level of customer service and communicates issues for resolution.
