Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages in Greenville, TX is hiring an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to ensure our beverages are visible and available on customer routes. You will build product displays, place point-of-sale materials, manage shelf levels, and coordinate with store staff on inventory needs.

Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50+ pounds are required. Starting pay ranges from $17.82 to $22.07 per hour, with opportunities for incentives and benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over and reach above head height.
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company's merchandising standards
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers
