Job summary

United Site Services, Inc. is seeking a Service Technician to operate a company service truck and visit customer locations to service and pump portable restrooms and holding tanks.

The role emphasizes safe operation in line with USS and DOT standards and delivering excellent customer service. Candidates should have at least two years of commercial driving experience, and hold a CDL or non-commercial license.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of commercial driving experience.
• Valid Driver License (CDL or non-commercial).
• Excellent time management, customer service and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate service truck and drive to customer sites to service/pump/clean portable restrooms and holding tanks.
• Perform duties safely in compliance with USS and DOT standards to prevent accidents or injuries.
• Lift/push 50–150 lbs frequently during shifts while performing servicing tasks.
• Conduct portable toilet servicing to USS 8 point standard.
• Interact with customers on-site to ensure services meet quality expectations.
• Adjust routes as needed to meet customer needs and timelines.
• Provide routing feedback to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
