Job summary

Project Resources Group is seeking an outside plant expert to join as a route-based Construction Coordinator. You will be the eyes and ears on the ground for fiber networks, driving an assigned route, monitoring conditions, and preventing issues before they escalate.

Responsibilities include reviewing tickets and maps, communicating with clients and contractors, and logging route changes. The role requires enduring outdoor work, reliable transportation, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Valid driver\'s license required.
• Reliable personal vehicle for field visits.
• Must be dependable and punctual.
• Strong attention to detail when reviewing tickets, maps and prints.
• Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Drive an assigned fiber route with substantial daily windshield time.
• Visit and monitor existing fiber routes and identify potential risks.
• Review 811 locate tickets, maps and prints to avoid digging conflicts.
• Log and communicate changes in infrastructure along the route.
• Report to field management on work quality and adherence to the scope.
