Job summary

FAMILY ENTERTAINMENT GROUP is seeking a Route Technician to maintain the technical and guest-ready condition of our route-based arcade locations. You will travel weekly to partner sites, test and service games, kiosks, cranes, and related equipment to ensure reliable operation.

The ideal candidate combines hands-on repair skills with a service mindset, works independently across multiple locations, and communicates clearly with partner GMs and teams.

Qualifications

• Must have strong hands-on repair ability and a service mindset.
• Ability to work independently across multiple locations.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned partner locations on a weekly route schedule.
• Inspect, test, clean, stock, and maintain games, card readers, kiosks, cranes, merchandisers, redemption equipment, and related equipment.
• Complete routine safety checks, preventive maintenance, repairs, and location readiness reviews.
• Escalate complex repairs, parts needs, safety concerns, or partner issues to the Route Technical Manager.
