Keystone Clearwater Solutions is hiring a Roustabout for our Oil & Gas Field Operations in Dushore, PA. Join our Water Transfer team and Earn a $4,000 sign-on bonus paid over four quarters.

You will set up containment, generators, piping, operate heavy machinery, perform safety checks, and support field sites. The role requires a HS diploma or GED, valid driver's license, and ability to travel overnight; shifts are 12 hours with days, nights, overtime and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in roustabout, water transfer, or oil & gas preferred.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, days and nights, overtime and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to travel overnight as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up and tear down equipment like generators, piping, and containment.
• Operate heavy machinery (telehandler, skid steer, loaders) when trained.
• Fuel and inspect equipment, manage daily checklists, and complete safety documentation.
• Support water transfer and frac site activities as needed.
• Back-in trucks and monitor on-site operations for safety.
• Communicate effectively across teams using radio, phone, and in-person.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
