Keystone Clearwater Solutions is seeking experienced Roustabout professionals for oil & gas field operations in Northeast Pennsylvania. A $4,000 sign-on bonus is offered, paid in four quarterly installments.

Roles cover water transfer operations across multiple counties with varied shifts and travel as needed. Responsibilities include set-up/tear-down of equipment, operating heavy machinery, safety documentation, and on-site coordination.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in roustabout or oil & gas preferred.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and tear down equipment like generators, piping, and containment.
• Operate heavy machinery (telehandler, skid steer, loaders) when trained.
• Fuel and inspect equipment, manage daily checklists, and complete safety documentation.
• Support water transfer and frac site activities as needed.
• Back-up trucks and monitor on-site operations for safety.
• Communicate effectively across teams using radio, phone, and in-person.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
