Job summary

Keystone Clearwater Solutions is seeking a Roustabout for our Oil & Gas Field Operations in Washington, PA. The role supports water transfer activities and field operations, with a $4,000 sign-on bonus paid in four quarterly installments.

Responsibilities include setting up and tearing down equipment, operating heavy machinery when trained, performing safety checks, supporting site activities, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Prior roustabout, water transfer, or oil & gas experience preferred.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and tear down equipment like generators, piping, and containment.
• Operate heavy machinery (telehandler, skid steer, loaders) when trained.
• Fuel and inspect equipment, complete safety documentation.
• Support water transfer and frac site activities as needed.
• Back-in trucks and monitor on-site operations for safety.
• Communicate across teams using radio, phone, and in-person.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
