Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience in roustabout, water transfer, or oil & gas preferred.
• Must be able to work 12-hour shifts, days and nights, overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Set up and tear down equipment like generators, piping, and containment.
• Operate heavy machinery when trained.
• Fuel and inspect equipment, manage daily checklists, complete safety documentation.
• Support water transfer and frac site activities as needed.
• Back-in trucks and monitor on-site operations for safety.
• Communicate across teams using radio, phone, and in-person.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
